Our horses/ponies are wormed regularly twice a year (spring and fall).

Disclaimer:
We pride ourselves in always disclosing the smallest imperfection to our buyers. However, inherent in the purchase of any animal, there comes the risk that something could happen. This is the risk that is assumed by any purchaser, including ourselves should we purchase an outside horse. We are unable to offer compensation of any kind if something unforeseen should happen following the arrival of your horse/pony. We can only provide you with what information we have and promise what is within our control. What happens to a horse after it leaves our farm is beyond that control. Following arrival at the final destination, any sickness, disease or injuries that arise are beyond our knowledge and control. Although, in our experience, these instances are rare, we need to define upfront that all purchases are final. We will work with you every step of the way to ensure you have the most detailed and accurate information on your horse as possible and will provide advice and support should anything happen, however we are under no obligation to provide financial compensation.

          ***Dog Policies***

Purchase Process:
* $100 non-refundable deposit must be paid before the puppy is considered sold.
* If, for any reason the buyer backs out of the process, the $100 deposit will not be refunded.
* If, for any reason the puppy is injured or becomes ill (highly unlikely, but just  in case) - payment will be refunded in full or a replacement can be chosen.
**We reserve the right to sell puppies only to those we think will be suitable families for our puppies. Therefore we have the right to turn down anybody we feel unsuitable for a puppy. We reserve the right to cancel a sale at anytime. Deposits will be returned only for these two reason.
